Blackberry secara resmi luncurkan BBM Channels
Jakarta (ANTARA News) - BBM Channels, sebuah forum yang menghubungkan orang-orang, merek serta komunitas secara aktif dan nyata, akan tersedia untuk pengguna BlackBerry pada BlackBerry OS 5 dan di atasnya serta BlackBerry 10 melalui BlackBerry World.
Pengguna BlackBerry bisa langsung melakukan update ke BBM versi terbaru untuk memiliki akses ke BBM Channels beta setelah tersedia pada, Rabu.
Dalam siaran pers yang diterima Antaranews di Jakarta pada Rabu, BBM Channels dibuat berdasarkan atas keunggulan BBM pada keterlibatan dan komunikasi serta memberikan pengguna BBM alat untuk membangun komunitas yang lengkap sehingga akan memungkinkan mereka untuk terhubung dengan merek, orang-orang berpengaruh dan orang lain yang memiliki kesamaan minat.
BBM Channels mempertahankan nilai inti BBM yang memberikan kontrol kepada pengguna atas konten mereka dengan memungkinkan pengguna lain untuk bergabung atau keluar dari channel atas izin pemilik channel dan memberikan pemilik channel kemampuan untuk menyampaikan konten sesuai dengan kebutuhan komunitas mereka.
Pemilik saluran dapat memposting pesan, berbagi gambar, memulai diskusi, memposting animasi GIF dan melakukan chat langsung dengan pelanggan.
Live chat yang terintegrasi memungkinkan pemilik saluran untuk menawarkan jadwal chat yang memungkinkan pengguna BBM dapat terlibat langsung dengan channel favorit mereka satu demi satu.
Selama masa limited beta untuk BBM Channels yang dimulai pada Mei 2013, telah banyak orang yang membuat saluran berdasarkan minat mereka dan membangun komunitas satu sama lain.
Perluasan beta ini akan memberikan kesempatan bagi pengguna BlackBerry untuk mencoba berbagai channel yang semakin berkembang dan membangun komunitas mereka, baik melalui channel mereka sendiri atau melalui kontak baru yang memiliki kesamaan minat pada channel lain.
